Les Midis Sante proposes to prepare and deliver frozen meals in a family sized tray that are balanced and healthy. That said, you can concentrate and focus on the needs of your children.

Each meal is delivered in a family size tray conating six portions of 225g each. Depending on the meal selected, the tray includes rice/potatoes, the daily portion of vegetables and the protein.

Very easy to use. Our trays can go from the freezer directly to the oven for 45 minutes. The only thing left to do is serve the meals to the children and Bon Appetit!

INDIVIDUAL ADULT MEAL: $5

Minimum order is 5 trays = $90

Please allow for three business days in order for the delivery of your order. Cash payment is due upon delivery and we will provide you with a receipt.
