                            We follow the Canadian Food Guide and the recommendations of a nutritionist.All our recipes and menus are created using the Program Cadre issued by  Ministère de l'Éducation et des Loisirs et des Sports du Québec (MELS).All our meals are produced in a nut & peanut free environment. All the ingredients purchased from our partner suppliers are also certified peanut free.We purchase first quality ingrediants and develop recipes without trans-fats, no MSG, nothing is fried, and a low salt/sugar content.We currently offer 5 daily choices including one vegetarian option.Our menus change monthly in order to offer seasonal products and follow market trends.
